STRADA Investments Pty Limited has increased its shareholding in Sydney FC by acquiring all the remaining interests (10%) of LFG (Lowy Family Group) Investments Pty Limited.
The completion of the transaction sees STRADA Investments Pty Ltd increase its shareholding in Sydney FC to 98 percent.
The transaction is further evidence of the continued commitment to Sydney FC.

STRADA Investments:
- Was one of the founding shareholders in Sydney FC at the club’s inception in 2005 with a 15% shareholding.
- Became the majority shareholder in 2012.
- Increased its shareholding to 88% in 2015.
- Today holds 98% of the club’s shares.
