New for the Hyundai A-League 2015/16 season Sydney FC have introduced the Sky Blue Renew payment plan for Members, and it’s proving a hit.
With no additional charge, Members are able to pay off their Membership over a 12 month period while also having their Membership renewed for the following season without having to fill our another form or call the Membership department.
With its ease of use and no complicated forms to fill out, the streamlined service is proving a hit with Sydney FC Members such as 10 year Member Elaine Rigby who said it takes a load off her mind knowing her Membership is automatically renewed each season.
“I’ve been a Member for 10 years and I love being a Member for Sydney FC,” she said.
“I want to support the game in Sydney and make sure it flourishes and the only way that is going to happen is by Members being faithful each week.
“Why would you pay in advance when you can pay monthly at no additional cost,” she continued.
“I actually ended up doing it on the phone because I have so many passwords and log ons that I just get confused so it was much easier to do it by phone.
“It’s my understanding that it’s automatic for each year and I’m pleased with my Membership automatically rolling over. I have too many other things in my life to remember.”
Ten year Member Damien Hennessy echoed Elaine’s sentiments.
“I’ve been a member since the beginning, so it would take something monentous for me not to come back,” he said.
“My 10 yo daughter has been coming with me for the last 4 seasons and we love going to watch Sydney FC together.
“I was ready to pay upfront and heard about the discount via the fan forum and thought I’d take advantage of it. It’s cheaper and is debited to my credit card, which is convenient.”
