Sydney FC’s Robert Mak has been named in the Slovakian squad to take on Iceland and Liechtenstein in the UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifiers.
This follows a highly successful campaign with the Sky Blues which saw the Slovak find the net on ten occasions and notch two assists.
Mak also was awarded the Isuzu UTE A-League Player of the Year award at the recent Sky Blue Ball held last Friday.
In the most recent international window, Robert Mak found the net for his country in a 2-0 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina in March.
Upon returning from that break, the number 11 scored half of his season tally in just six games including a brace against Western United.
