Sydney FC Women will take on the Central Coast Mariners over two legs in the Semi Finals of the Liberty A-League.
Sydney FC enjoyed the week off after finishing the regular season in second place while the Mariners needed extra time and penalties to get past Melbourne Victory on Sunday afternoon in the Elimination Final.
Finishing second on the table, the Sky Blues have earned the right to host the second leg at home which will be held at Leichhardt Oval on Saturday 27th of April, kicking off at 3pm.
Firstly, they will travel to face Central Coast Mariners in Gosford at Industree Group Stadium on Sunday 21st April, kicking off at 5:45pm AEST.
The Semi Final winner will be decided on aggregate score over both legs. If the aggregate score is level at full time of the second leg, an additional 30 minutes (15 minutes each way) will be played. If teams still cannot be split, the tie will be decided by penalty shoot out.
The winner of the tie will head to the Grand Final which will be held on the 4th of May by the highest ranked side in the final.
Melbourne City and Newcastle Jets are in the other semi final.
