With Adam Le Fondre returning to the Sky Blues, Sydney FC now boast one of the most lethal strikeforces in the A-League as their two highest goals to game ratio strikers link up for the first time.
Le Fondre arrived to fill the void left by Bobô’s departure in 2018, picking up the mantle to score an impressive 39 goals in 57 A-League games across two seasons with the club before re-signing this month.
And with the Brazilian’s return this season too, Bobô has taken his tally to 50 goals in 73 A-League appearances, while he still holds the record for most goals scored in a single campaign – 27 goals in 27 games.
