With the start of the new Hyundai A-League season almost upon us Sydney FC’s preparations have stepped up a beat and there’ll be one more passionate fan singing the Sky Blues to victory at the Sydney Football Stadium this season with DJ, Peewee Ferris entering the mix at Moore Park.
With the start of the new Hyundai A-League season almost upon us Sydney FC-s preparations have stepped up a beat and there-ll be one more passionate fan singing the Sky Blues to victory at the Sydney Football Stadium this season with DJ, Peewee Ferris entering the mix at Moore Park.
Ferris, a long-time Sydney FC supporter has signed on as an official ambassador for the 2009/10 season and was presented with his own jersey by Alex Brosque and Clint Bolton at training recently to mark the occasion.
The well known DJ has worked with – and remixed many of the leading figures in Australian music and has strong sporting connections, having composed and arranged soundtracks for many events, including the 2006 Asian Games and Australia-s 2018-2022 FIFA World Cup bid during a career that has so-far spanned more than 20 years.
Ferris will be a regular at Sydney FC games this season and will be among the guests at the club-s gala season launch this Wednesday night (July 29) at Star City.
