Jurman Calls For Sky Blue Showing

Set to mark one of the English football hottest prospects, Sydney FC defender Matthew Jurman is looking forward to testing himself against world class opposition.

Speaking ahead of the Sky Blues training session in front of a large group of travelling Tottenham fans tonight, Jurman soaked up the atmosphere as he praised the support and called for as many Sky Blues fans as possible to turn out on Saturday night.

“Tottenham are a great team,” Jurman said.

“They have some great players so it’s going to be a great time for us to play against these players.

“It’s good to see a lot of following for Tottenham,” he continued.

“The turnout [for the open session] is to be expected, Australia is a big country and there’s a lot of EPL fans all over the country so it’s good to see.

“Hopefully our fans are here tomorrow as well to cheer us on.”
