Ufuk Talay and Ante Juric have confirmed their squads for this weekend’s matches as the Sky Blues Men travel to Newcastle Jets and the Women return to Leichhardt Oval to face ladder leaders Melbourne City.
The big news for the men is the omission of winger Douglas Costa with a hamstring injury which Head Coach Ufuk Talay expects to keep him out for 6-8 weeks. In good news Patryk Klimala’s is back in the squad following his groin niggle which has keep him out of each of the last two matches.
Leo Sena returns to the extended squad after missing the Victory game alongside winger Marin France.
In the Women’s squad Caley Tallon-Henniker and Rubi Sullivan are in the extended squad again with no further injuries to report other than Kyah Simon (calf) and Shay Hollman (ankle) who are still out, as well as long term knee injuries Kirsty Fenton and Hana Lowry.
