The biggest of Big Blues takes centre stage at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) this Saturday, in a clash that will have huge implications on the league’s final standings.
The Sky Blues claimed maximum points in their previous outing at the SCG, however it’s the Victorian’s that claimed three points in our most recent encounter in a tightly contested Australia Day encounter.
With the clash only a few days away, let’s look at the ‘Tale of the Tape’ between two of the side’s leading marksmen – Adam Le Fondre and Ola Toivonen.

It looks like Saturday’s clash will be a true battle of the strikers with the stats for the duo neck and neck.
Le Fondre just edges Toivonen for goals scored, while the Sky Blues’ frontman has also played more key passes in his side’s build up to goals.
Showing his lethality and poachers instinct, Le Fondre has scored 14 of his 15 goals from inside the box compared to nine of Toivonen’s 13.
