SEATING INFORMATION

This match is general admission and attendees are able to sit in any available seat or spot on the hill. If sitting on the hill, you are welcome to bring a blanket to sit on.

Grandstand seating is first come first served and seats cannot be reserved ahead of time.

Members can enter the stadium through scanning the QR code on the back of their 2023/24 Membership Card. They can scan in from the pdf on their device, or they can print the card. If printing please ensure the QR code prints clearly.

IF SCANNING IN VIA A PHONE, PLEASE ENSURE BRIGHTNESS IS ALL THE WAY UP, YOU ARE OFF NIGHT MODE AND SCREEN ROTATION IS LOCKED.

Flexi Members are welcome to attend this match.

PRIDE CELEBRATION

This weekend, Sydney FC will be partaking in the A-League’s Pride Celebration. Throughout the game, fans can pick up rainbow flags to wave at the games, have their face painted in rainbow colours while the match day presentations will include representatives from local LGBTQI+ football clubs, Sydney Rangers and Flying Bats, carrying rainbow flags at walk out and music from LGBTQI+ artists.

The Sydney FC captain will wear a rainbow captain’s armband while rainbow corner flags will be on show throughout the match.

ARRIVE EARLY

Please ensure that you arrive at the precinct early to avoid congestion closer to kick off time.

Fanzone

As you arrive head to the Junior Blue Fan Zone which is located inside the Mary St Entrance on the hill and will be open from 6:00pm.

Some non-playing players will be in attendance for a signing session as well as face painters who will be on hand to give you that added Saturday night boost.

Plus get a dance on with the Sydney FC DJ spinning some tunes to get you hyped up for the night’s big action.

Food

Check out our healthy food and drink options at the game. We have Greek salads, grilled chicken wraps and fruit salad available, plus a Japanese food truck called Little Tokyo on the hill!

Merchandise

You can deck yourself out in the latest Sydney FC gear from the merchandise van which will be situated on the Hill.

Sydney FC Members can get 10% off full price items by showing their 2023/24 Membership Card.

TRANSPORT & PARKING

Fans are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time.

L1 Dulwich Hill line light rail services run every 15 minutes between Central Grand Concourse and Dulwich Hill. Catch L1 light rail services to the Leichhardt North stop, which is a short walk to Leichhardt Oval via Mary Street.

Remember, you’ll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling on public transport to and from the event. Register your details online at Opal or via the Opal Travel app ahead of time.

LIGHTRAIL

L1 Dulwich Hill Line

L1 Dulwich Hill line light rail services run between Central Grand Concourse and Dulwich Hill from 6am to 11pm daily, and until midnight on Fridays. Use the Trip Planner to plan your trip.

Catch light rail services to the Leichhardt North stop, which is a short walk to the oval via Mary Street.

L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines

L2 Randwick light rail services run between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station (Chalmers Street) and L3 Kingsford line services run between Circular Quay and Juniors Kingsford via Central Station (Chalmers Street). Services run regularly, plan your trip using Trip Planner.

Change at Central for L1 light rail services leaving from Central Grand Concourse to get to Leichhardt North, which is within walking distance of the oval.

BUSES

A number or regular bus services make stops within walking distance of Leichhardt Oval, including routes 440, 437, 445 and 470.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKETS

Opal

You can use an Opal card for all modes of public transport in Sydney and surrounding regions, including metro, trains, buses, ferries and light rail.

Remember to top up your Opal card before you travel to avoid waiting in line at top-up machines. You can top up your card online or at an Opal retailer.

More ways to pay

If you have a contactless-enabled American Express, Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card, or a linked device, you can use it to pay for your travel by tapping on and tapping off at Opal card readers. Available on all public transport, contactless payments are another way to pay on the Opal network.Adult Opal fare pricing applies and you will receive Opal benefits, including daily and weekly fare caps.

DRIVING

  • Traffic may be heavier than usual on roads approaching Leichhardt Oval including James Street, Perry Street, Balmain Road, Mary Street and Glover Street as fans make their way to the game.
  • A section of Mary Street may close before the game and will reopen when crowds have cleared the area. Traffic will be detoured via Chapel Street.

PARKING

Attendees are encouraged to plan to arrive early as local parking around the stadium is limited.

PURCHASE TICKETS NOW

If fans have any ticketing queries, they should proceed to the Box Offices which are located outside the Mary St entrance.

For any Membership enquiries, fans should visit the Membership window which will be located at the box office from 5:30pm.

Ticket Information

  • Make sure you download and share any tickets before arriving, have your ticket ready to scan and your phone brightness up before you get to your entry gate for faster entry.
  • Please use original PDF versions of eZY tickets, screen-shotting the ticket will pixelate the tickets barcode and may cause them not to scan.

KEY TIMINGS

Box Office Opens: 5:30pm

Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets online ahead of the clash here, however tickets will be available to purchase from the Box Office from 5:30pm.

Gates Open: 6:00pm

The gates to Leichhardt Oval will be opened at 6:00pm.

Junior Blue Fanzone Opens: 6:00pm

Our Junior Blue Fanzone will be open from 6:00pm inside the Mary St Entrance on the hill.

Liberty A-League Women’s Kick Off: 7:00pm

Sydney FC and Western United will get underway at 7:00pm.
