Four Sydney FC players will be travelling to Argentina with the Young Socceroos as part of the June FIFA International Window as they continue preparations for the FIFA U20 World Cup.
Zac De Jesus, Gus Hoefsloot, Wataru Kamijo and Tiago Quintal are the four boys selected from Ufuk Talay’s squad and will head to South America for a two game series against Argentina in Buenos Aires.
The 2025 FIFA U20 World Cup will take place in Chile later this year so the matches in South America will be great prep for the major tournament for the age group.
This continues the form that Gus and Tiago have had with the Young Socceroos when they lifted the AFC U20 Asian Cup earlier this year.
