Sydney FC coach Vitezslav Lavicka will conquer his fear of heights and climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge when the Sky Blues claim their first win of the 2010/11 Hyundai A-League season.
The Sky Blues mentor is not a fan of heights so is doing everything in his power to have his chargers beat arch rivals Melbourne Victory at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night so he can get the feat accomplished as soon as possible.
“I simply do not like heights. Not at all,” Lavicka said. “But I will climb the Harbour Bridge and attempt to overcome my dislike of heights when we win our first match.”
“I hear it takes a few hours. I will take my time getting to the top but I will be getting down fast. And that is as high as I will go. That is high enough.”
