The day that signals the start of the Hyundai A-League season is almost upon us as Sydney FC’s Jersey Presentation and Fan Day gets set to take centre stage at Allianz Stadium this Saturday.
The day gives Members and fans the chance to meet their Sky Blues heroes in person, as well as cheer on each squad [Hyundai A-League, Westfield W-League and Foxtel National Youth League] as they are introduced to the crowd by Sydney FC Chief Executive Officer Tony Pignata.
Following the presentations Members and fans will be able to mingle and participate in activities including mini football clinics, a Webjet and De Lorenzo Haircare autograph station, Cove merchandise, a jumping castle, a StarTrack petting zoo, face painters and various snack stations.
“This is always one of the best days of the season when the Members and fans can really get to spend time with the players,” said CEO Tony Pignata.
“This year we’ve got even more activities and I’m certain it’s going to be a success.”
As an added incentive to arrive on time, Members and fans through the gates by 1:40pm will go into the draw to win a money can’t buy game day experience. Winners will receive a pre-game tour of the change room, watch the team warm up from the pitch and watch the game from the players enclosure at a home match to be determined by Sydney FC. Winners will be announced during the jersey presentation.
Gates open for this free community event at 1:25pm with the jersey presentation starting at 1:30pm on Saturday 3 October 2015 at Allianz Stadium for the jersey presentation and then the remainder of the day will take place on the Plaza (behind the SCG). Fan Day is always a great day out with family and friends and Sydney FC are anticipating a bumper turnout.
