It pays to register early for our Holiday Clinics, as our July promotion winner Kristabelle Oo found out.
Kristabelle won the prize of a player & trophy visit after registering and attending the Macquarie Uni Week 1 clinic.
The training visit was held at the end of July at Kristabelle’s training grounds at Dundas Valley where Kristabelle and her team had a fantastic time with Sky Blue stars Brandon O’Neill and Paulo Retre.
The girls played a fun game with the players and picked up plenty of footballing tips from the Sky Blue stars. A highlight of the night was having their photos taken with Sydney FC’s Hyundai A-League Premiership and Championship trophies as well as Paulo and Brandon.
Brandon and Paulo also gave great advice to the girls in what was a memorable training session for all. Kristabelle’s coach asked the boys to provide some constructive feedback, but they said it was hard to pick a fault with the team as they were a fairly slick unit.
Kristabelle started playing football when she was nine years old, where she started with our local club Ryde Panthers in a mixed team with her classmates from school.
At the end of last season, Kristabelle tried out for representative teams and was excited to win a spot in the Parramatta FC Girls Under 13 team for the 2017 season.
Her Parramatta FC U13 Girls team plays for State League with six other teams in the competition. Kristabelle plays either striker position or midfield attack position and rates football as her favourite sport.
