It’s five years to the day since Italian legend Alessandro Del Piero signed to play with Sydney FC in the Hyundai A-League.
It was a landmark day for the competition, with the 2006 FIFA World Cup winner proving a huge hit, scoring 24 goals in 48 appearances for the Sky Blues.
