Sydney FC will be heading to the beautiful coastal town of Kiama on the south coast of New South Wales in September to host the Kiama Football Festival for footballers of all skill levels. This festival is a fantastic way for players aged 6-12 to celebrate the end of the winter season and experience the thrills and excitement of a football gala.
You’ll need a squad of 8 to 10 players, so gather your club team and get ready for a fun football trip away!
Dates
- Saturday, 14 September – Under 7s & Under 9s
- Sunday, 15 September – Under 10s & Under 12s

9:00am – 5:00pm daily

Kiama Sports Complex – Blue Haven Hostel, 1 Havilah Pl, Kiama NSW 2533
Format
Mixed 6-aside football festival where teams will play a minimum of six games. Whether you play with your grassroots club, a group of friends, or a school team, all teams are welcome. Please note there are no restrictions on the gender composition of the teams.
Note – if there are a reasonable number of female-only teams in a particular age division, we will look create a separate pool and have a female-only pool and a mixed pool.
Cost
$300 per team
Inclusions
- Minimum 6 games
- Ticketing offer to an A-League Men’s or Women’s match
- Trophy for winning team of each age group, as well as a match day experience*

Sydney FC is an established provider of community football events including football tournaments in Greater Sydney and the Illawarra. The club has a long history of organising events that encourage participation of all skill-levels and supporting the development of the game. Past events include the Sydney FC Cup, Sydney FC Female Football Festival, Holiday Clinics and Girls Gala Days.
