Han brings decades of global football coaching, technical and management experience that is without parallel in Australia. Berger was the youngest ever person to be Head Coach in the Dutch Eredivisie and proceeded over 637 matches during his time in charge of clubs including FC Utrecht and FC Groningen.
Berger is a director on the Board and will especially advise on all footballing matters concerning Sydney FC.
He was recently also appointed Football Director for the board of the KNVB (Royal Dutch Football Association).
