Alina Barlow is an entrepreneur, business leader and passionate advocate for women in leadership, with a diverse career spanning professional sport, property and luxury retail.
As an Owner and Director of Sydney FC, one of Australia’s most successful professional football clubs, Alina plays an active role in the club’s strategic direction and long-term vision. She is also Deputy Chair of the Sydney FC Foundation, supporting the club’s commitment to creating positive social impact through football and strengthening its connection with the wider community.
Beyond football, Alina is the Founder and Creative Director of ALINKA Fine Jewellery and Owner and CEO of STRADA Group. A Chartered Accountant by background, she began her career at PwC before moving into entrepreneurship, investment and business ownership.
A passionate philanthropist, Alina serves on the Board of the Australian Ballet Foundation and has been a committee member of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation Gold Dinner for more than a decade.
As a female owner and leader in professional football, Alina is passionate about increasing the visibility, influence and representation of women across the game and helping create opportunities for the next generation of female leaders.
