Karol Kisel is hoping for a “magic atmosphere” as he contemplates the game that-s likely to be his last in front of Sydney FC-s home fans.

The midfielder is returning home to Slovakia at season-s end and with only a slight chance of a finals game at the Allianz Stadium, Kisel is keen for a good send off on Sunday (4pm kick off).

“I-m feeling great and it-s more than likely my last home game [and] I-m looking forward to it,” said the 35 year old.

“The fans are always great here so I can-t wait for a magic atmosphere again and I hope we will celebrate with them after this crucial game.”

The match against the Newcastle Jets will decide which of the two clubs will make the Hyundai A-League Finals Series. A win for Sydney FC will put them through, any other outcome and the Newcastle Jets qualify at the Sky Blues expense.

“I think both teams have been pretty similar during the season and you never know how they will play,” he continued.

“They [Newcastle] are really unpredictable, so that-s the game, no excuses, both teams need to go through and whoever is better on the day will do it.”

The Slovakian international, who is known for catching the Manly ferry to home games, admits he is still undecided on how he will attend his final game.

“We-ll see it-s always a question of how I feel on the day. It-s pretty comfortable here. In Europe I definitely can-t use the tram or the bus to get to the match but here nobody cares!”
