Sydney FC is giving one fan the unique opportunity to design a Charity Strip that the Sky Blues will wear in a one-off Hyundai A-League clash with Brisbane Roar at Allianz Stadium on 10 February 2013.

Fans can vote for their favourite designs by “liking” them on the Sydney FC Facebook page. The 3 highest scoring kit designs created by fans will then be shown to the Sky Blues players so they can select the winning design and the 2nd and 3rd runner-s up.
“This is a unique opportunity for Sydney FC fans,” said Sydney FC Chief Executive Officer Tony Pignata. “Fans around the world have opinions on their football club-s strip and we-re giving our fans the opportunity to design a strip that will be selected by the players and worn in an A-League game.
“We-re excited about this terrific initiative and can-t wait to see the strips that our fans come up with as they appear on the Sydney FC facebook page.”
Entries can be lodged on the miTeam website until 31 October 2012 with the Facebook voting period taking place from 1-5 November 2012, before the winner is announced on 9 November 2012.
The winning designer will receive:
• Two tickets to sit in the Players Enclosure for the Sydney FC v Brisbane Roar match on 10 February 2013.
• Passes for two people to watch the Sydney FC warm up from the field of play
• Their own Sydney FC 3rd Strip to keep
The 2nd and 3rd runners up will each receive:

23 of the shirts worn by the team will be donated by adidas for Sydney FC to auction following the Sydney FC v Brisbane Roar game. 50% of the auction proceeds will be donated to Sydney FC-s Community Partner Children-s Medical Research Institute (CMRI).

Please thoroughly read the below instructions (these will tell you what you need to do once you get to the adidas miTeam website where you will design the strip). Once you have read the below instructions and agree to the terms and conditions, click here to design our 3rd strip.
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP ONE: Once you reach the miTeam website, click the blue “Customise” button on t he right hand side of the page.
STEP TWO: Customise the design of your kit by changing the “Style” section on the right of the page to create your very own design.
STEP THREE: Click the white “Save & Share” button. You are then taken to a new page where you click the “Email your team” link on the right of the page.
STEP FOUR: On the left of the page, select your final design that you would like to share with Sydney FC as your entry into the 3rd Strip competition. Complete the form, including your name and contact phone number in the “message” section, and in the “Your friend-s email” section, enter this email address: adidasmiteamcomp@sydneyfc.com
STEP FIVE: Once you have selected your final kit design and the form is complete, click the blue “Send Email” button at the bottom of the page. You will see the words “Email sent” in green text next to the blue “Send Email” button.
All kit designs will be posted in an album on the Sydney FC Facebook page on 1 November.
