Sydney FC would like to thank a number of released and departing players following the conclusion of the Ninja A-League Women’s 2024-25 season, as the Sky Blues begin to re-shape their squad for the upcoming campaign.

Overseas signings Faye Bryson, Millie Farrow and Shea Connors have not been retained, along with Matildas striker Kyah Simon who departs after a third stint with the club.

Goalkeepers Beth Mason-Jones and Tahlia Franco are also released, while fellow goalkeeper Jasmine Black and midfielder Margaux Chauvet are heading to the United States to continue their education and football development in the US College system.

Jasmine Black heads to the United States to go to college and continue her football development.

Sydney FC Head Coach Ante Juric paid tribute to the released and departing players and expressed his gratitude for their efforts.

“I’d like to thank all of the players who are moving on for the contribution they’ve made to our club,” Juric said.

“They’ve all shown great commitment, professionalism and a fantastic attitude throughout their time with us.

“We wish them nothing but success and happiness in their next steps, both on and off the pitch.”

Sydney FC are in discussions with a number of other out-of-contract players regarding next season, and will make further announcements on those players and any new signings once decisions have been finalised.
