The goals just keep getting better in the Hyundai A-League Finals Series although this outrageous back heel finish from Alex Brosque is going to take some beating!
The Sydney FC skipper somehow managed to guide Bernie Ibini’s low cross into the near post with a deft back heel Mark Viduka would have been proud of.
Brosque’s goal gave the Sky Blues a two goal advanatge on the cusp of half-time at Allianz Stadium after Ibini had opened the scoring against Adelaide with a cool finish of his own.
The pair are in blistering form and have now combined to score 10 of Sydney FC’s last 13 goals as Graham Arnold’s side booked a Grand Final date with Melbourne Victory next Sunday.
