For self-confessed Chelsea FC fan Terry Antonis tonight’s clash is a dream come true.

Antonis will line up against the heroes he idolises when he takes to the field against the English Premier League Champions at ANZ Stadium, and it’s a match up he’s been relishing ever since the game was announced.

“I’m pretty excited to play Chelsea FC,” Antonis said.

“I’m a Chelsea fan so I can’t wait to be on the same field as them, it’s going to be a dream come true.

“Ever since the game was announced I’ve been looking forward to today, it’s going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

“I started supporting Chelsea as a boy,” he continued.

“I liked the colour blue ever since I was young and after watching Chelsea they just stuck with me.”

From a star studded Chelsea FC line up to choose from, Antonis listed PFA Footballer of the Year Eden Hazard, Nemanja Matic, Diego Costa and Didier Drogba as his favourite players, and the Asian Cup winner will line up against three of those names tonight.

“My favourite players are Hazard, Costa, Matic and Drogba,” Antonis said.

“It’s going to be an unbelievable experience to share the pitch with them. I don’t think it will really sink in until the whistle goes just how special this experience will be.

“I can’t wait for tonight.”
