Sydney FC are continuing to break new ground on and off the field with the launch of their first ever girls only Holiday Clinic in partnership with the St. George Football Association.
Held at Peakhurst Park on Friday 24 January for girls aged 5-13 years old, this Clinic is designed to allow girls to enjoy playing with friends in a comfortable learning environment with coaching and guidance from some of the top female players in the country.
Sydney FC Westfield W-League Champions Julia Vignes, Taylor Ray and Amy Sayer will join club Captain Teresa Polias in coaching the sessions which will run from 9am until 3pm.
Captain Teresa Polias said she was looking forward to hosting the clinic and seeing plenty of potential future Westfield W-League stars there.
“Sydney FC’s first girls only Holiday Clinic is a great initiative and I can’t wait to coach on the day,” Polias said.
“I’ve seen how successful and fun Sydney FC’s School Holiday Clinics are, and I’m expecting another football packed day with plenty of growth and development from our participants.
“Julia, Taylor, Amy and myself are all excited to be a part of this day and we’re looking forward to seeing plenty of future Westfield W-League and Westfield Matildas stars in attendance.”
Registrations for Sydney FC’s girls only Holiday Clinic are still open, priced at $110 for the day (including a Sydney FC training kit), or $89 (if a Sydney FC training kit if already owned).
